Encryption and access

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS with HSTS).
Passwords stored only as a hash (scrypt); secrets encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
Two-step verification for your team and identity confirmation before sensitive actions.
Sessions expire when idle and can be closed from any device.

Isolation and permissions

Every workspace is isolated: each query and file is filtered by customer.
Team roles (admin, creator, billing, reviewer, read-only) and an exportable activity log.
Private files with signed, temporary links.

Our team

Support works from a back office separate from the product, with its own accounts and mandatory two-step verification.
Every access to an account goes to an audit log that can't be edited or deleted.
If we need to see your account to help you, it's read-only, for 30 minutes, and you see it in your activity with the reason.

Backups and deletion

Daily backups, encrypted before they leave the server, kept with a different provider.
Download your data anytime. When you delete your account you have 14 days to change your mind; then it's truly erased, backups included.

Active protection

Automatic detection and blocking of attacks and bots, usage limits and anti-fraud checks.
Uptime monitoring from outside our servers and error tracking without personal data.

Responsible AI

Every video carries a C2PA provenance signature declaring it was made with AI.
Real people's voices and faces are used only with their spoken, recorded consent, and erased if they revoke it.
We don't use your content to train our own models and we don't sell it.
